We have been renting from Brady's Property since Dec 2009 and couldn't have picked a better Company to rent from and to start a business relationship with. Very professional group to work with and extremely responsive when situations warrant, when we lost our Air conditioning system they were right there assisting us in getting a replacement as this isn't your typical residential central heat and air system, but a very expensive commercial unit. Brady's assisted with helping us through the complete process. We look forward to working with this group for the next 10 years.
Ali and his team are very nice and easy to work with. Ali has been very gracious and wants all his tenants to be successful. He is willing to help out as much as you will let him. They are easy to negotiate with and are open to different types of plans. He also is very competitive with his rates and CAM fees. They are very responsive and have been great people to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for property to rent.
I posted a review earlier this week. After posting the review I received a phone call stating that I would receive my deposit back if I removed the review. I removed the first review but after some careful reflection and research I found that my honest review (positive or negative) is protected under the First Amendment and the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016. I will only state the facts of what has happened occurred in the last few days as I have attempted to collect the monies owed to me by owner of Brady Properties. - My lease was signed on 03/04/19 and ends on 09/30/2020 - I have paid on time and my lease is active and in good standing. I hand delivered my rent payment every month. - My business expanded and I was going to need a much bigger space. I understood I was still obligated to pay the rent at 8811 S. Santa Fe and did with no hesitation even while maintaining our new space. -I verbally communicated that I would not be renewing my lease once it ended but had not completed a formal intent to move letter as I still had quite a bit of time left on the lease. -The majority of my possessions were moved from the space but I left a few things behind as I was still maintaining the space. I left my blinds and a custom wall bracket my dad created for my faux fireplace. I also maintained the utilities in the space. - I didn’t think twice about leaving these items in the space as I still have an active lease in good standing. - On June 21st I drove past my space and saw that there were people in it. I stopped to find out why there were people in my space and found the space totally renovated. My property was effectively destroyed or detained in the process. We talked and they had moved in back in May. I have records and photos to prove they moved in on or around May 23rd. - I sent a text asking why I wasn’t informed about this and inquiring about when my June rent and deposit would be refunded. I was distraught about not being able to walk the space and collect my remaining belongings. On June 22nd I received a phone call from Ali Ghaniabadi, owner of Brady Properties. He stated he was too busy to call and tell me and that I needed to not worry about it. I asked when I would receive my money back and he said he would not return my June rental payment. I explained that it didn’t make sense for me to have to pay if he had moved someone else in the space. The conversation escalated and Mr. Ghaniabadi hung up on me. I called him back immediately as this was not a very professional way to handle a business conversation about a business transaction. When he answered and I asked when I would receive my money back he then stated that I needed to apologize to him and when I declined I was threatened with the attorneys and hung up on again. At this point I left my first google review. This prompted his son Mason to contact me. The conversation was much more calm but I was told that I would need to remove my review and then he would work on getting me my deposit back but they both outright refused to give me back my June rent even though I have been denied access to the space that I am leasing and my property has been either destroyed or kept from me. I have not violated any terms of my lease. I have kept the space up and the bills paid. I only asked that I am returned what was owed to me $1666.66 and my property. Over text I was told (typos are included as I am only stating exactly what was said to me): “If you want to get an attorney involved, my dad will have know problem fighting it with his for as long as he needs 2. “ So instead of making it right they would rather spend more money fighting me with attorney’s. I was not given proper notice, still haven’t been legally terminated from the lease and am not being granted access to the space that I am legally renting and have paid for.
