They are very accommodating and fill in some niche services that are hard to find, like rush airport pick ups, or paying for and picking up an online purchase up island then delivered. I would give 10 stars if it was possible. When I really needed help, when nobody else could do the job, National Courier Service stepped in and pulled off what I still think is a miracle. I had to move -- quite urgently -- a very bulky piece of home-medical equipment from a small house in Nanaimo into an even smaller house in Victoria on orders of the Island Health Authority for my mother. I put in a sheepish call to NCS, knowing they're a COURIER service, not a moving company, to ask if that's even something they do. WITHIN 45 MINS (!!!), a driver was at the Nanaimo house, and managed to maneuver this huge, heavy thing safely into his truck and delivered it with a colleague in pristine condition on the same day right into my mom's Victoria house, plugged it in and made sure it worked. The driver, Shegar, was totally polite, kind and professional, and Neetu -- who made it all happen, beginning to end -- was a superstar. I can't thank her and NCS enough for their big hearts, professionalism, honesty and integrity.

These folks her amazing, they do all our apply Island from Victoria all the way to Campbell River Courier Service and they never let us down. That's saying a lot because I have used several other services and they do let us down and then do nothing to make it right.
