Our neighbor had researched companies and had found and hired them for his carport. He stated they do garages and other buildings as well. He spoke very highly of this company and since he already did the research, we took his recommendation. We would 100% recommend this business. The team is one of the hardest working, talented crew we have worked with! They are very professional and know exactly what to do and work seamlessly all doing their role. The building material were available a day early and they asked if we would be interested in them starting that day or the preferred the scheduled day. We stated we would love the day early. They completed this portion in 8 hours. Our neighbors came down and complimented them on their work as well and how impressed they were. The engineers determine how much snow load your area has and high wind speeds to determine how your building is structured. My overhead door is a special order and they made us aware it is not in yet. I will update with how long the overhead door took to come and get installed. Just do it — I took my neighbors suggestion and we would 100% recommend.

I have never dealt with such an interactive and professional builder before. They go above and beyond to ensure the project is completed on-time and to spec. I first worked with Angel in sales to complete the order. Later I worked with Judith and Noé in scheduling to make sure my site was prepared and ready. The actual work crew was lead by Alex who did a wonderful job of construction and also cleanup. These guys built a 24x40x10 in ten hours! Amazing work! I will be calling Midwest Steel Carports again for future work. Thank you! All future customers who are interested in purchasing a steel building need to do their homework. I nearly sent a $$$$ down payment to a "fly by night" competitor that was offering the same building for 30% less. I did a simple "google" search and discovered that other vender was rated "F" with the Better Business Bureau. Perform your due diligence and research a good company like Midwest Steel Carports, Inc. (who are rated "A" with the BBB...) It was totally worth the additional $$$ to have a legitimate firm like Midwest perform the project. They stayed within the quoted price, were ON-TIME, and completed the job in record time!

Although Noe was very professional I feel like I was not being heard. I was told the building was raised the way it was because the ground was not level. But the building itself is not level at this point. This was done as quick and fast as possible and now I have to spend more money to correct this garbage. I have had builders come out and they’re just as shocked as I am at this outcome. Part of this is my fault for trusting someone to make the right decisions while I was at work. But this is outrageous. They got my money so I doubt they’re going to help me now. Update 1/16/22 Still waiting for that follow-up email
