I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Ron Cole and Traci. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Cole is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but he also takes the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions with patience and compassion. Traci is just as exceptional—kind, organized, and always ready to help with a friendly smile. Together, they make a fantastic team, creating an atmosphere of trust, comfort, and professionalism. Dr. Mary and Dr. Ron have been a very good experience for me this week. Dr. Mary worked on my crown removed it and fixed it and Dr. Ron removed two teeth on opposite sides of my mouth and I don’t think I’ve ever met doctors in my 62 years that have been able to take care of Everything. I need in such a great manner no pain very little pain of course had a little bit but that’s because you have to do what you do however, I would recommend both of these doctors to any and everybody if they have the openings for them and I’m just impressed and then I met some of their family members that are very knowledgeable also … I just have to say I feel blessed that I was able to get in and that they took good care of me and they continue to take good care of me. Thank you all for being very kind and considerate to me and for me and Natalie that the staff when you greet them at the front every one of our pleasant, they’re very kind to you everybody in the whole both office Dr. Ron’s and Dr. Mary’s just it’s just a great team. I’m very impressed. I’m just in all with how good you guys make me feel and I’m sure you do everybody that way so thank you. God bless you all and have a blessed day. Have to say I love y’all

I just recently switched my family of 7 over to Midwest Dental, with Dr. Ron Cole and I feel the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with their service. They were very kind and patient with me through all the scheduling for 7 different people. Also, calling every time there was a cancellation to get us in sooner. Dr. Ron Cole did 2 extractions for me that I desperately needed and that was the fastest , painless , procedure ever. Their dental assistant Emma has been the sweetest working with all my kids they love her!! I am so glad I chose to move my family to this office!
