Don’t call to make a new patient appt if you have a complicated schedule (ex: you aren’t available to come in the very week you call). The receptionist will get very overwhelmed and hang up on you. One would think if I’m not asking to be seen right away, that this would not be a difficult task. The doctor is just as unprofessional. Made an excuse that her employee was very busy with 4 people standing in front of her when she took my call. Weird how one doctor can see 4 patients at the same time. She made a point to tell me there are only 2 people working including herself. Sounds like they’ve bitten off more than they can chew and probably need to scale back on how many insurance claims they can submit in one day. I wouldn’t have a job if I had hung up on patients just because scheduling was hard. Of course, our phone calls were recorded due to the much more professional and much busier environment I was in.

Dr Kelly is the bomb. Com. I was referred to her by a friend and from the first time I met her I knew she was going to be my doctor . She is the best. Thank you Dr Kelly Eaton for always popping me back the way I should be!!!
