T NI suddenly lost power to a big chunk of my home yesterday and was beyond stressed. Within less than an hour Gene and his apprentice Nate arrived and found that it was not an issue on MTE’s end but felt that it was likely a bad breaker. Gene literally broke it down and walked me through the actual electrical aspect of how/why he felt confident it was the breaker; he even helped me to understand what I needed to know when hiring an electrician. Truly above and beyond!
Oleg MaksymenkoThey sneak into my property, mutilated a nice tree and disappeared. Now the tree is dying and MTE blatantly reject their responsibility. Update: MTE sent a rep and he agreed to replace the tree. Good customer service.
Debbie ButnerWe have been fighting the weather to get electricity run from the electric pole to our barn. The city requires that the power line has to be buried. Trying to find a dry day to trench during February and March has been nearly impossible! We finally got the trench dug and the conduit laid this weekend. MTEMC came out early this morning to inspect the work. I can’t say enough good things about the inspector! There was a coupling that was attached incorrectly and would have caused us to fail the inspection. While my son removed the coupling, the inspector drove back to his office, picked up the correct piece, drove back to the barn, got out in the rain, climbed down into the mud and helped my son replace the part! I wish I knew his name to thank him personally! Amazing! He could have just failed our inspection and left. Instead he went way beyond any expectations and saved us lots of money and time. Thank you MTEMC! Thank you inspector!
