The monthly fee is high, but makes it really feel like a club, and the amenities provided are everything an individual looking to keep in healthy physical shape. Had an ACL replacement and they allowed me to pause my membership payments for up to 6 months for free due to the medica state I was in. Feedback you provide is listened to.
Tara WebsterImagine being a member for 25 years and in 2023, you’re being told you can’t be naked in the steam room, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, etc. The reason? Probs trans people (oh no I’m so politically incorrect). It’s funny, those are strict rules but they let idiots burn tea tree oil in the saunas (made me throw up), kids over 3 in the women’s room, people shave their legs in the hot tub, stupid Gen Y kids film tik toks, and more. There is more. There’s a list. My membership is up in a few months and I honestly think you’ll get the equivalent at Planet Fitness. Or better. So I’ll be going there. This place disappoints me so much. I’ve been a member since 2004 and it’s consistently gone down hill since 2014. I’ve been hopeful but wow. In the women’s locker room, I can’t be naked unless I’m showering. Pathetic.
Randy BowenIt is $80 a day for you and two kids to go here and swim. I feel like it is just too pricey for many people to go. The East Lansing aquatic center is a better deal for $10 a person per day by far. Larger pool. $300 membership sign up fee and $160 a month for one person. Crazy greed.
