I don’t think 5 stars and a single review could begin to capture how INCREDIBLE the Michelle Leo team is. They are truly angels — with overwhelming talent and organizational skills. My husband teases me because my eyes lit up on our first call with Michelle the second she whipped out her color coded spreadsheet and started to explain her process. Boy did they not disappoint. I told so many people that I wished that Heather, our Executive Planner, planned more things in my life. Monthly calls with her for the two years leading up to the wedding were the highlight of the month. She could not have been more responsive or done a better job of keeping us on track. It was particularly reassuring to know that we were in good hands given that we were planning this wedding from afar. It was so helpful to have her team recommend pre-vetted vendors so all we needed to do was review their websites and have a quick chat (and of course we loved all their recommendations). Michelle was the one with the artistic vision who did all the gorgeous design work. Let me tell you, this wasn’t just a few “vision board” photos. This was a 60+ page design document complete with suggestions for invitations to floral to drinks that matched! Then she and the team brought it to life. The wedding itself was an absolutely dream, above and beyond what we’d hoped, but that also wasn’t a surprise because we’d known all along that we were in the best hands. Everyone commented on how relaxed I was on the day of the wedding, but that was because I trusted Heather and the team with 100% confidence and they did not disappoint. My mother-in-law now wants to be Heather’s assistant! Boy are we going to miss working with this team.

From our makeup/hair artists and florist to the photographer and band each vendor not only delivered top-tier service but also worked seamlessly together. They went above and beyond to make the planning process enjoyable, and our wedding dreams become a reality, far exceeding our expectations! We could not be more appreciative and grateful for all this team did to bring our wedding vision to life in ways we never imagined possible! We can’t thank them enough or recommend them more highly!
If I could give 6 STARS to the Michelle Leo team I would! The process of planning my wedding in a short 4 months would not have been the same if I hadn’t hired Michelle’s team. They are so buttoned up, professional, detail-oriented and organized which resulted in a flawless execution of my wedding day. I actually miss our weekly meetings and wish I could put the day in slow motion and rewind. My family and friends were also so impressed by Michelle’s team that they could also relax and enjoy the day without having stressful tasks. Heather and Krista were my planners and they were so wonderful. Watching the vision come to life from the original design meeting to the actual day was more than a dream including floral, paper goods, rentals, photo and video execution, not to mention communication with the hotel staff. I also appreciate the way they bill you. There’s no surprise fees or confusing costs that other companies may present (based on percent of total spend etc). Everything is clear so you can better manage other budgets. If I have an event in the future I will gladly hire Michelle Leo and look forward to it!
