Michael is absolutely wonderful. I've had the pleasure to work with him twice now, and the versatility that he is able to capture is so appreciated. As actors trying to show the full range of what we can do and share that with casting/marketing materials, he really is able to capture so many different moods and styles. I felt incredibly empowered with a wide range of choices of lighting and backdrops. He really becomes a creative partner. He's not just replicating the same shot for every actor who walks into his studio. Also shoutout to his hair/makeup artists (thank you Misa). And I really want to highlight that once you shoot with him once, you become a legacy client. Making it so much more affordable and possible to update headshots more regularly. I recommend him all the time. He really goes above and beyond for his actors.

I was a little concerned about the idea of getting new headshots in New York City for the first time and with a new photographer. I searched for several options and I can definitely say I made the right call with Michael. He is very professional and guides you through your shooting from Step 1 to finish, advising you and contributing with his ideas and inspiration. Once in the studio he makes everything feel like home. He guides you and makes sure you get what you were looking for in terms of looks. He is also incredibly warm and simply gets the best of you. It was so much fun! Special mention to make-up and hair artist Misa who is a lovely professional, very detail oriented and with a very soft and elegant taste. I can only recommend this experience.
