Even if I had needed the cleanout service, the big companies charged thousands for a simple cleanout and Michael's was under a thousand. Scamming and overcharging is rampant in the home maintenance industry. Nice to know some honest people are still out there!

I had already called another service and waited 4 hours with no call back. He was very professional and got the job done. Very happy with the service.
