Used them before for repairs in the past, called this am, asked if they still do push lawn mower repair, they said yes, gave my name, said I'm a returning customer for repairs, same law mower, gave my name and number. No restrictions on website or on the phone when I spoke with the technician. Arrived 30 min later, now they can't seem to find me, then I'm told, "we don't work on Troy-built products". I've loaded and now have unloaded my lawn mower, I will say the employee did try to see if they would take it since I was a previous customer with the same lawn mower that they worked on the year before. Huge inconvenience and waste of time. I do appreciate the guy at the service desk, but like I said to him and he agreed, probably should be on their website.

I dropped my business mower off on March 22 2023 for a warranty repair. I was told I would receive a call in a week. I called March 31st and was told it was being pulled in after lunch and I would receive a call soon. I never received a call so I called on April 4th and was told the ticket was never put in the system even though I was told previously it was being pulled in that day. I was assured it would be moved to the front of the que and would be pulled in right then and I would receive a call before they closed that day. I called on April 7th but they were closed for the holiday. I called on April 10th with no answer so I left a voicemail. Never received a call back so I called again that afternoon from a different number and they answered. I was told that a higher priority customer came in and they stopped working on all other equipment to work on this persons equipment. I was then told my mower had three other mowers in front of mine before they would look at it. I don't understand how their story has changed everytime I call them. I've bought multiple mowers from them for my business but have never had to get any warranty work done on them. My warranty runs out May 26 2023. It seems as if they are giving me the run around until my warranty runs out so they don't have to do the repair for free. I wasn't going to leave a review until my mower returned but they sent me an email wanting a review before my mower has even been looked at according to them. So based on the service I have had at the time they requested a review, this is the response they will get from me. Maybe someone higher up who works there will like to contact me to rectify the situation but I doubt that will happen.
