Brock was knowledgable in explaining how the insurance claim process worked. Both guys did great in supervising the job and always checked to make sure we were satisfied. They made it seem like they would take care of everything and started to charge me extra for everything. I wish I would have avoided this company, I have broken siding for over 6 months and a leak in my roof. John refused to answer text and now won’t answer emails for a warranty he gave. He asked for insurance documents which allowed him to inflate his prices. Neighbors paid around 5-7k less than I had to. Communication is horrible they don’t even have a foreman on site when the job is being done. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
