I have used Metric Motors for a ton of repairs and maintenance on my Subaru Outback with 150,000 miles. Its miles are getting up there and I’m often doing a lot of maintenance to make sure it keeps running smoothly. The crew at MM is always incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They’ve taken great care of both me & my car and I will definitely continue to keep coming back to them for all my maintenance. Fair & transparent pricing and great service. I highly recommend them.

I dropped my car off for diagnostics this morning and they were unable to identify the issue due to a specialized Jeep software they do not partake in. He called me promptly and notified me of the issue and apologized for not being able to service my vehicle, which I completely understand! They were professional and kind. I would highly recommend Metric Motors strictly from their professionalism and their honesty! I so appreciate Sam in keeping me updated on everything that's going on. I will definitely use them for the future!

Another group of sleazy mechanics. I came in because my car was leaking coolant. I told them where it was leaking. They first quoted me 900 and then after the job was done, they said it would be 1100. The parts they replaced were nowhere near where the leak was but they are “experts” so I paid. I drive down the road a few miles and it starts leaking again from the same place that I initially told them. I take it back to them and they tell me that they need to replace more parts and it would be another 2000 dollars to fix it. I asked them why wasn’t this addressed in the initial diagnosis and they said the first diagnosis was done by a mechanic that just quit and they can’t do anything about it. So, they replaced parts that were working completely fine and now want to charge me another 2000 to fix the actual problem that I initially identified to them. I took my car to another shop and they fixed it for 300 dollars.. Get a second opinion before giving these people your money.
