Their Cardiology department operated like a well oiled machine. Pro-op team was very careful meticulous and thorough, (it took 2 hrs to prep). I felt they really cared about me as a person not just another patient to rush through surgery. I don't need to go to Chicago or other hospital systems when they are top notch this side of the border. I highly recommend Methodists Campuses.

I had my first baby here at Methodist and could not have asked for better labor and delivery staff. All the nurses and specialists made me feel comfortable, which is huge when going through childbirth for the first time. I was treated with dignity, respect, and compassion every step of the way. My midwife Paula who delivered my daughter was also amazing and I definitely recommend her 🩷 I now have a healthy, happy baby girl with the help of these amazing people! Thank you for the support!

My experience was excellent. From the time I was admitted and getting prepped for surgery, the personnel were empathetic, concentrating on their tasks, but were also bent on being certain that I was comfortable and worry free. I, along with my wife Karen, were amazed with the positive attitude displayed and the care given prior to the surgery. Following the surgery in the ICU the nursing staff was incredible! Their care and concern made my stay one which I will truly remember. They almost cared for me as if I were their only patient. That attention, empathy, and care created an awesome atmosphere. It was truly a blessing!

I had an extremely distressing experience. The nurse expelled my mother while I was experiencing significant bleeding and intense pain. It is important to note that it was 3 AM, and we were in Chicago without any means of transportation. There was no valid reason for this action, only a false claim that the room had a smell of smoke, which was entirely untrue. The security personnel confirmed that there was no odor of smoke in the room; however, he still felt compelled to fulfill his duties. In reality, the nurse seemed unwilling to address the ongoing requests and concerns raised by my aunt, coupled with a noticeable lack of care and a rude demeanor exhibited by the staff. This was particularly evident as my relatives expressed their worries while I was being discharged, still in pain and bleeding, without receiving any answers.
