We found Elite on Google. Alex scheduled us for a quote shortly after we contacted them. He arrived as planned and took measurements and explained what he had in mind for the layout given our dimensions etc. We looked at styles and decided what would look best for our application given there is an elevated pool deck. The quote arrived promptly a day or so later. I was planning to try this on my own by buying the railing from a deck store I used. So glad I decided against that. I was looking at the same price or more and I would have had to transport the material from the decking store to my house AND install it myself. The railing and gates were installed in a few hours by Alex and Peter. The railing completes the yard and looks great. I don’t think we had to wait more than two weeks for the order to be built and shipped to Elite. The guys came back and measured for my front stairs railing once the stairs were capped. The railings were ready before my stucco and stairs were finished but Alex held off until we were ready. Alex and Peter were great to deal with. I’ve had to babysit some of the trades people I’ve used on this newly built house so it was nice to leave the guys to do what they do best and not have to worry about how the installation was being done ! I know if anything unforeseen should happen over the next few months I can call Alex back and he will take care of it. Thanks Alex and Peter !

We moved into a new house that lacked handrails for a modern glass railing/staircase design. After getting a few quotes and dealing with several non-responders and companies that wouldn’t take a job this “small”, I thankfully found Elite Rail. Alex was very responsive and very competitive with pricing for stainless steel handrails. He thoroughly explained the process and options and did a great job (along with Peter) with the installation. I am very happy with the final product that seamlessly compliments the original staircase. Alex also proactively fixed an issue with the original glass railing in order to strengthen—something I would not have considered had he not mentioned. So happy with the awesome work Alex and the team did! They added in a custom gate at the front and railings on our back deck. We went with the black aluminum. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism - after requesting quotes from multiple companies they were the only ones that picked up the phone and dug in to understand what we were looking for. Not only that, they came by the same day to help us understand the scope of the project. Whole project only took 4 weeks start to finish. Would work with them again!
