Merlin Embroidery did an excellent job on our towels. Everything was custom, allowing my boys to create the exact pattern of their choice. Kevin did an awesome job. He sent me colors and font samples to start our designs. He kept me posted on the progress, and sent me pictures for a final review before creating the final product. He also made sure the project was completed early so I could pick it up before my upcoming trip. I highly recommend Merlin Embroidery, and I will definitely use them again.

I definitely recommend Merlin Embroidery for customization projects. It was my first time working with them. I wanted a large embroidery on the back of a jacket for my husband and Kevin was super patient and professional explaining the alternatives for my project. I decided for the more challenging path for him and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The project also had 2 regular sized embroidery on the front of the jacket and I’m impressed with the quality of their work; they really mastered their craft. It turned out so beautiful that I’ll soon have then working on one for myself. 10/10.

Absolutely great place to get embroidery and custom work done! Kevin is THE MAN! super responsive over text, great feeling going to a family owned spot. I needed 9 jerseys from my groomsmen - i had a conversation going on with Kevin for a few weeks, he helped pick out the color and text format to match the jersey. He was able to rush the jerseys out in time for my groomsmen reveal. A small mishap happened, and Kevin worked with me to fix it really quickly and was just overall great customer experience! Would get all my work done with these guys.
