Cbsa incompetence and unwillingness to properly do their jobs has personally caused me financial loss. They reclassify shipments as different items, and wrongfully deny appeals even after they admit their own mistakes. Wrongfully had taxes collected on a tax exempt item because they reclassified it as something it was not, had to appeal, and despite them classifying it back to the correct type of item, they're denying the tax exemption without any further stated reason. I will be contacting my MPP to complain.

The buildings are impressive and spacious. However, I would recommend keeping employees working remotely and converting these buildings into residential spaces.
