They take everyone over a person with sharp pain at times in the left side of the chest. People with a cough go first. People with a cut on their eyebrow go first. People with sniffles go first. Horrible feeling sitting there with pain in your left side and no help. If i said i had a cough i would have already been seen. Disgusting experience.

My daughter sprained her foot , everyone was very nice Brittany was our provider and was amazing! She explained everything and was very nice to us . However Kara the xray tech was very rude to myself and my 10 year old I could not believe it and will be following up with her supervisor

Seems to be fairly quick each time. I’ve come. First thing in the morning is super fast. Check in staff was super nice. Vitals lady, nurse and X-ray tech were all awesome! Room was clean. It’s definitely a nice option to get X-rays done at same time.

I had a Horrible experience with PA R Schneller. I will never give urgent care our time and money. My daughter had a fall at camp and injured her arm . She had obvious deviation from her other arm and from her baseline . Not only was she dismissive . She manipulated her arm causing further pain. As a nurse this was shocking . She Slammed our paper work down and said nothings broken . Only for radiology to confirm injury through MyChart . We ended up having to take her back for a splint . The Np and Lpn that helped us were amazing , they even got her a referral . What is she getting away with doing to the patients who don’t have any medical background . I get that the shift was almost over , but as medical providers we have to treat patients with care,respect and concern . I never write reviews but this was disgraceful.
