Could not recommend them more enough, if I could rate them higher I would. Was in the most excruciating pain and needed a tooth pulled. I messaged them at 10am, called me back instantly and my appointment was set for 11. The lovely lady behind the desk saw me writhing in pain and immediately helped me out while I waited for the Dr. Dr and his assistant have impeccable bed side manor, are very understanding and patient. My brother says 5 stars are reserved for experiences where you win money when you visit an establishment but my experience here is worth 5 stars. It's the little things that add up to the 5 stars. The ladies working in the practice are friendly in person and over the phone. I've been with him long enough to see a change of staff (one even told me she's leaving to be closer to home), I think he hires kind people and trains them to be kinder. The dentist will not lecture you and make you feel bad; it is what it is, let's do what we can. The doctor's bedside manner is perfect. He'll let you know what to expect before he does it. Despite being a naturally quiet person, his communication skills are perfect. I'm sensitive to smells, so I like that he doesn't wear perfume. After your appointment, he'll also tell you what to expect from the treated areas and how to care for them. The practice is clean and quiet and when on the chair, some type of entertainment is provided. Soft music or TV. I could go on but I don't want to mention everything such that other clients have nothing new to say. I highly recommend him.

I live in Austin Texas. I came to South Africa in May of 2023. I needed extensive dental treatment and visited Melrose Dental Studio for a consultation. Dr Alberts recommended extensive reconstruction with surgery and implants. I cannot explain how amazing he was. Together with renowned surgeon they made my life an absolute pleasure as far as my dental problems were concerned. I got what I believe, the best treatment in the world! At a fair and reasonable cost. In the USA they tend to treat this serious dental health issue as a cosmetic procedure. I can assure you I had this treatment as a necessity, and both Dr. Alberts and Dr. Collette Smit(the surgeon) treated me like a patient. The treatment took almost 9 months necessitating a second trip to South Africa. But in all the cost of treatment including travel and hotels was a fraction of what it would have cost in America. I highly recommend Nelrose Dental Studio for regular treatment or more specialized procedures.
