Melanie has been amazing in helping me in so many different areas. She has done all my Travel planning and booking, helped me with my research and daunting tasks like filling out forms and sending emails. she did event managing and even offers task reminders. She has always been very positive to work with and is very organized and knowledgeable in anything she has done for me. Shes excellent with her communication and always speaks clearly and is very personable and welcoming when answering incoming calls. Melanie is always there when I need her. Where it's a small task like reminding me of an upcoming event, to filling out and sending applications. She's extremely knowledgeable in anything she helps with me, and if something stumps her she will do the research to find the answers. I'm extremely greatful for all she has done and will continue to use her services in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an assistant or someone to even help with small tasks.
