One star because everything started good until i got my lip fillers and my fillers never finished dissolving. I was left with lumps on my lips and still till this day I have them. It’s been 2+ months. I had to cancel an appointment that honestly I no longer wanted to get done. (Due to me being highly disappointed with my lip results and wasn’t about to risk my whole face with a Morpheus 8 treatment) They told me appointments can’t be cancelled and refunded. I did not know that their company does not allow any refunds and everything you buy is non refundable. They said “you should’ve read the terms and agreement “ as if I was going to sit there and read 8+ pages of terms and agreements. I would hope that the employees working there were diligent and actually informed their customers and potential clients that their business is non refundable and no cancellations are allowed only rescheduling appointments. God forbid I change my mind on a treatment and they keep my money and don’t want to give it back. It’s definitely a mal practice of them and very unethical to not inform their clients of their most important rules. Maybe if they would have mentioned this on my consultation I would have second guess booking the appointment. I had to file a claim with my card company and this merchant has made it nearly impossible for me to get my money back! They are thieves and try to play the nice card but they are actually robbing their clients. The quality of their work did not meet my standards at all for what their treatments are worth. Now I am stuck with lumpy lips and minus $1,260 deposit for a service that I never received.I really hope they find some empathy and give me my money back because this has been very draining and exhausting to deal with. Very disappointed specially since this was my first time ever going to a med spa. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to get robbed !!!

This place is amazing! I had double chin for the longest time and felt really body conscious about it. I consulted with Sarah and she recommended Morpheus8. I got it done and could tell the difference within the first treament. My double chin reduced and there was a visible difference. I feel more confident now. Not only that I am really happy with their service. Sarah went above and beyond and it made me feel she truely cared about me and getting the best results. 100% would recommend this to anyone who are looking for fat reduction with quick results.

I had a great experience at MedSpa Deluxe! It was my first time getting treated ever so I was really anxious but was quickly relieved of my nervousness as Sarah and Guyana made me feel incredibly comfortable upon me expressing all my concerns. After the numbing cream and the detailed explanation of what I'd feel on my face, I was pleasantly surprised at how uncomplicated the whole procedure was with filler. Guyana has a really gentle hand and is such a sweet, reassuring person I really felt safe and relaxed the whole time. I will definitely be coming back for future treatments even though it is a bit of a drive for me, it's totally worth it and there's free parking!
