The two times I’ve been there once around April or May and then I just tried to go today. I have insurance, but I did not have insurance. The first visit paid. cash got treated differently than any other clinic. I’ve ever been to not happy with this location at all This visit I tried to go to today. I owe a small balance and offered to pay what I could on it I would’ve even set up a payment plan where it just starts coming out each month until it’s paid. She didn’t offer me that she was slouched. She was not very professional And did not want to help me at all. I will not be at this location ever again.

I had to visit TrustCare on 8/9/25 because I cut my finger really badly. Wound up having to get stitches. Cara (I hope I have that right) was the nurse practitioner and she was so caring. I had what she described as an adrenaline dump that was kinda bad/scary. I thought I might faint but she stood by my side through it and got ice packs, something cold to drink, etc. I’m so appreciative of her excellent service!

Excellent service! The entire staff is courteous, caring, helpful, & knowledgeable. The check-in receptionist, the nurse practitioner, & the nurse. The receptionist was very kind & went the extra mile to call me back with a response, & even brought something out to the car for me. The np took care with the examination & treatment, didn't rush, took her time to speak with me, answer any questions, & made sure I understood everything, the issues, my options, recommendations etc. I was seen promptly after check-in, a few minutes after arrival. Clean facility. It is sometimes difficult to find a place with medical staff who genuinely care, & are actually there to care for the patients no matter how big or small the ailment. Highly Recommend.

The TrustCare on Lake Harbor Drive in Ridgeland is excellent! The receptionist there is very nice, courteous and helpful. I have seen Ana Recino here on multiple occasions and she is very professional, knowledgeable and provides the best care. This is by far the most efficient, courteous, professional clinic I have encountered in a long time. I will continue going here as long as they continue this excellent service!
