Doctor well done but Staff not support n communication not properly

One of the most intelligent hospitals in nashik the surroundings is very good and nature is well maintained

This hospital if full of fraud doctors. They don't treat patients well. Recently my family visited the hospital due to unfortunate events. We did X-ray scans and gave report to doctor. The doctor was so illiterate that he could not even read the report properly. In spiteof fracture seen in the x-ray, doctor said "All is OK, no fracture". Because of doctor's bad treatment, my family kept suffering the fracture for 15 days. Only when the pain was persistent and we consulted other doctors, we came to know the fracture and then proper treatment started. This City Care Hospital got paid for their full fees but dont really care for the patient. Fraud doctors, illegal operation.

The doctors are extremely proficient but the staff is ridiculously rude. Especially the receptionist. He addresses everyone with a tone that would insult and offend all, as if he is MD himself. I personally just visit for Dr.Mundada and DrPangavhane Request the Dr's and Management to look into the matter and do the needful as not only me but he argues with every person. As a regular visitor would suggest some actions to be taken as the Name of the Hospital gets hampered by such things.
