I’ve been receiving treatment at Lifemark for pelvic health issues, neck pain, and regular massage therapy, and my experience has been extremely positive. The staff is professional, kind, and genuinely focused on patient care. The pelvic floor physiotherapist Nidhi is especially knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from day one, taking the time to explain each step and customize the treatment plan to my needs. This has made a huge difference in my recovery and confidence. The massage therapist Nicole is also excellent — skilled at targeting problem areas in my neck and shoulders, helping relieve chronic tension and improving my range of motion. After every session, I feel more relaxed and able to move freely. John is excellent PT- he adjusted my neck manually and helped me in correcting my sitting posture. Appointments are easy to book, and the clinic is clean and well-organized. The team works together to ensure you're getting comprehensive care.
