I was looking for a new dentist and came across the reviews for this dental office. Some unprofessional and rude receptionist is replying to the one star reviews that doesn’t make sense and is shameful. “ whoever you really are: Our practice is by appointment only and our records doesn’t show your name being scheduled nor you are our existing patient. We have been serving this community for the past 25 years and we take pride in accommodating our patients with the best of care. We reach out to our patient whenever there’s any concern. Unfortunately, we simply don’t know who you are. And according to the date of your review, we aren’t even open on that whole week”. This shows how pathetic this clinic is. The dentists here need to know that some unprofessional receptionists / staff is making them lose any prospective patients.

Dr. Wong and Dr. Hang are professional, attentive and always happy to provide good advice whenever we have any questions. We are always well taken care of. The clinic staff are courteous and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental clinic to any of my family and friends. 👍🏻👍🏻

I have been treated by both Dr. Wong and Dr. Hang and they’re both kind and very considerate. The hygienist is also wonderful and makes the experience 11/10.
