Good first visit. Very thorough exam by Dr McNeil. She has a kind demeanor and her team in the office are all friendly and helpful. Cassidy cleaned my teeth and did a great job. Only reason I’m giving a score of four stars is that scheduling my next six month appointment could not be accommodated for eight months. I was told this is an issue across the area which was unexpected and very disappointing to hear. Never experienced this issue in 25 years at our previous dentist in North Carolina where we just moved from. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this practice.

I received excellent care with Dr. McNeil. She saved a tooth from extraction attesting to her fine dental skills, my prior dentist could not get to a cavity close to the nerve but she was able to. She is extremely conscientious and focused about her work and I attribute her terse or abrupt manner to that and dont mind it when shes focused on best outcomes and efficiency. The office is clean, well organized and managed, and front desk is friendly and helpful even when I had difficulty getting scheduled for a cleaning, its a busy practice. I highly recommend Dr. McNeil.

Dr. McNeil..and everyone that works there..is very professional and friendly..and has always made me..& all my family that also has gone to McNeil Dental for years…comfortable…Whenever she has detected any tooth problems/issues..she has corrected them…Dr. McNeil works us into her schedule any time a problem arises..that can’t wait to be addressed. She’s excellent..

The woman at the front desk was outstanding - friendly and competent, conversant in insurance. Dr. McNeil was very thorough but terse, barely spoke to me at all (maybe I was supposed to be following her conversation with her assistant? She just told me what future appointments to book, no invitation to ask wuestions.
