I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Erbes at McFarland Urgent Care recently, and I was truly impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel at ease, taking the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my treatment options. Her expertise and professionalism were immediately evident, but what really stood out was her kindness and patience. She didn’t rush through the appointment and made sure I fully understood my diagnosis and the next steps. Dr. Erbes was also very empathetic, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such skill with genuine compassion. I left the office feeling confident in the care I received, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of urgent care!

Stoped in without an appointment at urgent care. They worked me in to be seen, half for that. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She prescribed medication for me to try. She was very curious and pleasant to me. Thank you for your service in helping me.

I was a lot sicker than I thought I was when I had to go to Urgent Care, but the provider Maura and the nurse Miranda that I had were phenomenal. They took the opportunity to help me feel better on the spot rather than other Urgent Cares I have been to that shove you out the door with discharge instructions and some prescriptions. They were thorough and made me comfortable. Truly the best Urgent Care experience I've ever had. Extra props to Miranda for the little blanket when she knew I'd get cold! :)

I went to Ames Urgent Care for having a suture removed. Maura Mendus was very professional, listened to my medical problem, and was on top of what had happened, got a doctors opinion for correct way to get the suture out properly and she took swab in case of infection. Top notch care! Thank you Maura!
