Update: still bug free!!! After the first unprofessional co I hired, I never thought I’d be rid of them! And then I found McDonald’s! I can actually sleep w/the TV off! God bless you all!I finally have peace of mind again!!! I needed McDonald’s service again, due to no fault of their’s! And they did not disappoint! I have not seen a bug in a few months, my nightmares have finally stopped, and I am so very grateful! Not only are their skills top notch, their office staff are extremely kind and compassionate, and professional, they really care! I highly recommend them! If you want to pay once and never have to have a follow up, that’s your company! Thank you guys soooo much! Especially Glenn and the awesome lady in the office from PA, Dawn, I think, I hope! Sorry, It’s my chemo brain. Seriously hire these people if you want your bugs gone for good!! 👍👌👏🤗

I just have to say I have never felt so pleased to find this company , I called and googled over 20 plus companies and Thank GOD I found this one , I inquired for an inspection at 8 in the morning and by noon Glenn ( who is a saint ) came and is the nicest person , did not try and sell me anything I did not need, explained ALL my questions and listened to all my concerns , If and when I need or anyone I know needs pest control service will using this company , I am sorry did not get the lady who scheduled the appointment but thank you for understanding my panic and being so thoughtful . More than 5 stars for sure !!

We recently hired McDonalds Pest Control to provide bed bug removal service in our condo. Our experience with the company (especially Glenn, Scott and Dawn) has been very satisfactory from start to finish! Glenn Smith was especially good at communicating with us from start to finish. He gladly took the time to answer our questions before, during and after the heat treatment process. We also want to praise the heat treatment technician Scott for doing a fine job. McDonalds should be given a gold star for their response time to servicing our needs in a quality manner. It's wonderful to see a professional operation follow through on their commitment and to do so on time! Never once did the company take long to commit to and complete the job!
