Went to this location to get my bracelet and charms cleaned... You would think since Pandora offers this service that they would have the right people to take extreme care and clean properly. NOPE! Bracelet and charms are all yellow and stripped due to them most likely drenching it in solution. When these past charms should've been hand cleaned. Where's the proper training? Bracelet was the old oxidized version they sold years ago and management and associates were clueless and said "we never had an oxidized bracelet, it's all silver." Pandora had this product years ago, if your associates are not trained enough to know all Pandora products current and past then that's so sad and they shouldn't be working there or performing any cleaning services. Charms are supposed to be for memories, major life events... Well mine was destroyed, and the store did nothing to solve it. Their response? "your bracelet was really dirty..." and sent me on my way... Most charms are discontinued and are 10+ years old - how can I get them back to how it was, how can Pandora retrieve them? Do not trust this store to clean your sentimental charms. They will drench it in the solution leaving the end result yellow, gooey and sticky. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I received optimal service from the manager and a store associate. I had purchased two rings and they ended up on sale. They were able to credit me the difference without a receipt as long as I purchased another product. I had called prior to going. When I arrived I didn't have to wait. I was assisted on the spot and there were a lot of people in the store. I also had some issues setting up my profile for the new points , system and the manager quickly took my phone and rectified the problem that another store was unable to do. I left really happy ! I had a great experience at this store. I went in to purchase a new charm bracelet for my Wife. The store was busy, however it was less than 3 minutes before Victoria (sales associate) greated me warmly. Victoria was patient with me as I was ill prepared, even helping me with finding the correct size of bracelet. She showed me many choices and helped me narrow them down before making my final decision. I went in for just a bracelet but left with a new charm as well, all because Victoria was so helpful. Thank you Victoria! You made it easy for me and my Wife loves her gift!

I’ve visited this Pandora location a couple of times, and unfortunately, the experience has consistently been disappointing. The staff have not only been unhelpful, but their attitude comes off as rude and dismissive. On my most recent visit, I encountered an issue with an online purchase that was not marked as final sale—but the manager insisted it was, without offering any reasonable explanation. The interaction felt unnecessarily cold and unaccommodating. When I asked for assistance in finding an alternative item, the manager's demeanor made it seem like she was helping out of obligation rather than any genuine intention to provide customer service. It felt as though I was inconveniencing her. Based on these repeated negative experiences, I would not recommend this location at all.
