We have been with McCrea for a short time, but our experience has been great so far. Very easy to work with and very caring. After dealing with another leasing provider previously, before McCrea. Finding McCrea was a breath of fresh air. Also when reading reviews remember McCrea works for the owner of the property, they can only fight for you so much the owner has the final say. We happen to have found the perfect company with an amazing owner of the plaza. Thanks McCrea ❤️

We have been tenants with McCrae Property Group from 2016 to present. Their team has been instrumental in keeping our doors open during the ongoing pandemic. We were impressed that Chris McCrae met with individual tenants to try to come up with a reasonable plan to accommodate our loss of income due to the pandemic yet still maintain our lease contract. A lot of pressure was taken off us as we are an independent small business. Our main contact is property manager Maureen Kauffman. Although we do not have regular interactions, when we do she’s always been cordial, professional and prompt. Most recently, when grants were being awarded for business rent relief, Maureen reached out personally to make sure we were aware of the grant and that it was time sensitive. If she had not prompted us to fill out our paperwork, we probably would have lost out on a fantastic gov’t grant that helped keep our doors open. She kept us aware of all forms and deadlines via email and phone calls. We are not needy tenants but we do appreciate that we have a very cohesive relationship with everyone at McCrae. They are always willing to work with us as long as we communicate our issues.

I've been running a small business at the Greenbriar Shopping Center , managed by the McCrea Property Group, for more than 10 years. The property management team is exceptional and always helpful. Whenever we have a problem, the first person we want to call is Lisa Held. She always responds very quickly and solves any issues immediately. I have enjoyed and appreciated working with the McCrea Property Group and highly recommend them!

We have been in our location for 11 years and experienced an ownership change in the property about 6 years ago. We had some anxiety wondering what it would mean in going from a small one person ownership to a larger property group. Right away Chris McCrea and Tim Sams were hands on. They met with me in person and listened to everything and anything we could share on our experiences over the previous years. They understood that with a change in the times over the previous 5 years, we were in need of a more tenant favorable lease. They offered to forgo the final two years of our current lease and gave us an extension that freed up some operating expenses. This allowed for some needed updating along with the ability to reserve more funds. Maureen Kauffman was introduced to us shortly after and she has been very professional in handling any issues that have arisen over the years. She was my first call when the possibility of a pandemic shutdown was looming last January. She had not quite had the discussions yet with what it may mean in regards to rent but we stayed in regular contact as the winds changed. She has a tough job, to manage properties with a business model in mind but she just asked for open communication with any troubles that may come our way. Maureen and McCrea promised us leniency in rent relief during the months we had to be closed, if needed. they also helped in a very timely way with the rent grants that were a huge necessity in helping our operations. I would not have any hesitations in leasing from any of their other properties, if such an opportunity arose.
