Not What I Expected — Please Read Before Booking Attended a puppy yoga birthday party — the room was a great size and we were allowed to set up early. Itay was kind and helpful, checked in often and even helped with food from next door. But the puppy experience was really disappointing and concerning: Instructor was hard to hear and seemed unsure around kids — didn’t lead the class well, there were also no mats so kids were unsure of where to even sit. Assistant was on her phone most of the time, only stepped in when there was an accident, very unprofessional. My aunt and I had to help wrangle the puppies off of kids who were uncomfortable and to actually engage with the children— not part of what we paid for. The most upsetting part: how the puppies were treated. 6 puppies crammed in a small crate lined with newspaper soaked in urine and feces. Puppies smelled awful, with poop caked onto their fur and behinds — clearly not cleaned or cared when in the custody of gym staff. We have no idea where these puppies come from or where they’re kept — there were no breeders or animal professionals present, just gym staff. We even watched them carry the crate into a back room after the session — no explanation given when we asked about breeders and puppy information. When we asked about adoption (as some were interested) or where the dogs were from, we got vague answers and dismissive jokes stating "every party is different it depends what's available" which caused a couple listening parents to raise an eyebrow. Overall: For $500, this felt unprofessional and unethical. The space is nice, and staff were kind — but I can’t support a business where animals are mistreated and transparency is nonexistent. Do your research before booking.

MBS really stands for what it says. The fitness instructors are helpful and approachable- always willing to assist. The front desk staff create a hospitable experience and welcome clients as they walk in. A great place to exercise daily, take a class, and bring a friend to put in some work with. MBS is a place with good character and really an all encompassing mind, body, spirit experience. An overall 5 star facility- grateful to be a member.

Beauty of a gym! This is a nice escape from the overcrowded corporate gyms when you want to have an uninterrupted workout. I've dropped in here for a workout when I was in the area and had a few small group training camps. Great owner, solid knowledgeable staff and just the right amount of space for group workouts.
