I usually cut my own hair because I've never been happy with my hair when going to the hair salon. But my husband wanted to treat me a nice haircut. Guys... Everyone was so nice. Nathalie cut my hair and she did exactly what I wanted. She even showed me how to style it at home. The price was great for the service I got. I will definitely go back

Went there about 5 times to get a haircut for our son. The service with the haircut was pretty descent (although a bit pricey). Just went to the mall with my son and a huge stroller and asked them if it's okey to use the bathroom since we're regular clients and other bathrooms are not convenient to access with a stroller. To which the lady at the counter replies "come back to use the bathroom when you get a haircut, for now use the one down the hall...." ...... What kind of an attitude is that? Terrible way to treat a repeat customer. But that's okey, we're not your customers any more! Not coming back there ever again that's for sure..

Went for haircut for my 5 year old . The lady wouldn’t stop complaining that we were her last client and she was tired . She cut the hair in consequence, very not equal . Super pricey and fancy with no talent ! Worst service ever . Don’t advertise kids haircuts if you don’t know how
