I have been going to Florence (RMT) for years and she is nothing short of amazing (deserving 5 stars). However, I write this review with a lot of regret. The front desk lady has been rude on multiple occasions over the phone. I called them today (more than 24 hours in advance) to cancel my appointment for the next day informing I have come down with a fever this morning, and I requested to reschedule it for next Sunday instead. Her insensitive, zero empathy response left me utterly shocked. She said “Couldn’t you cancel earlier? Are you sure you are going to come next Sunday because you have cancelled your appointment in the past too”. Could I have cancelled earlier - No, I came down with a fever today. Am I sure I can come for my next appointment I’m requesting to make more than a week later? I apologize, I am not sure, because life happens, and you try to make the best decision you can in that situation. Have I cancelled in the past, yes, whenever I’ve been sick (my cancellation rate has been probably 5% out of all my appointments booked), trying to give them as much of a notice as possible. Which is what I did today. I called more than 24 hours in advance as soon as I could after the spa opened to inform them I’m ill and it isn’t right for me to come in, but this is what I hear in return as a regular customer who has been loyal to the business for 5+ years? Should you prefer I still keep my appointment, come in and expose your staff to whatever I have come down with? (Update - I later tested positive for Covid) I will be highly questioning going back here to continue contributing to their business, however, I will sincerely miss Florence and her exceptional service. I hope this place finds only perfect customers who never have to cancel their appointments due to life situations.

I have been going to this place for years!!! I love it! The prices are great and worth every penny! It doesn’t matter who I get the massage is always fabulous. The only thing if you are looking for a very quiet massage it’s probably not here. The phone is usually ringing loud and the ladies talking amongst themselves … it doesn’t bother me .. still a 5
