Absolutely unacceptable! This girl presented herself as a professional but clearly had no idea what she was doing. She completely ruined my hair! Not worth a single penny!

The hairstylist took 30 minutes to do a blow dry when 1 hour is required because I have thick and long hair. She charged a premium price of $50 for 30 minutes and the worst part is the roots of my hair in the back of my head were wet!!!!! I have never experienced this in my life. She seemed to be in a rush, charged the full price and did half the job. I have no problem paying but please provide a complete and quality service. It is unfortunate, I had to go back home and pass irons to DRY and fix my hair! In summary, stop squeezing clients in 30 minutes and charging the full price. Also, the purpose of a blow dry is that you leave with your hair DRY not wet.

Kudo’s to Olga (for the best haircuts one can get…) I have VERY thick hair on the side and thinning hair on top, it’s very hard to manage, she artfully balanced it all precisely with perfection. She’s thoughtful and careful, she doesn’t whip through the haircut. Spends time with her client and will make take time making adjustments. No rush, great style, absolutely trust her with my hair! Definitely going back. Elias.

If you haven’t tried this salon, it’s a must. The staff is amazing, the hairstylist are also amazing. Friendly family kind of place. Most important the prices make sense.
