I started working out at Maxout Personal Training two months ago, and it has truly been life-changing for me. Although I’m not new to working out, I used to focus mostly on cardio and hadn’t been consistent for months. Since starting here, everything has shifted. I’m excited to come to class! The trainers are ready to put us to work, they take time to show you how to properly use the machines, the playlists are 🔥, and the motivation is unmatched. I can feel myself getting stronger. I’ve lost weight and inches, and I’m looking forward to even greater results. MaxOut Personal Training has made such a huge difference for me. I always had a challenge quitting regular gym after a couple weeks in, but this place changed it for me. I went from absolutely no experience in working out or knowing how to use the fitness machines, to feeling more confident! I never feel lost because the coaches guide you every step of the way. I used to struggle with motivation, but now I look forward to every session. The coaches hype you up, the group energy is amazing, and I can feel myself getting stronger each week. I love how easy the app is to book our sessions. I appreciate the regularly check ups because it motivates/reminds me to go to a session, keeping me on track. Highly recommend to anyone needing accountability and a positive environment!

I love this gym! I never liked working out & never thought I could be someone who enjoys it. After gaining weight with early menopause, I decided to look for a place with a personal trainer. Max Out has been amazing for me. I book the time I want to come in online & there’s a trainer & it’s in a small group setting(in my experience usually 2-3 other people). It’s been 4 months & I am consistently going 3 times a week. I look forward to going. I’m feeling healthier & can see & feel a huge difference! I am losing fat, gaining muscle & strength training. I don’t have to think about what exercises to do or if I’m doing it correctly - the trainers help me so much. I never knew I could lose weight & tone up with weights & strength training- thought had to be cardio to lose weight. This is so much more interesting & fun to me than cardio. & while I’ve technically only lost 12 lbs in these 4 months, I’m noticeably a different body shape. & my core feels so strong. I walked up the stairs at Moro Rock in the Sequoia’s a couple weeks ago & it was easier than when I went 5 years ago- easier than when I went in my 20’s! I rarely write reviews- but Max out has really helped me so much. If I can do it, you can do it!

Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year! I’ve always felt a little self-conscious about big gyms since I didn’t know how to use most of the equipment, but this year I really wanted to focus on getting stronger. Right away, I noticed a huge boost in my confidence and overall well-being. I get nervous trying new things and being around a lot of people, but the smaller group sessions here have been perfect. For the first time ever, I’m seeing muscle definition in my arms, back, legs, and stomach! My endurance has improved so much too, and it feels amazing to see the progress and surprise people with how strong I’m getting. The trainers are incredibly friendly, patient, and encouraging. They always prioritize safety and form, making sure you’re targeting the right muscles and learning proper technique. They also offer modifications if something feels too difficult — they meet you exactly where you are while still pushing you to get stronger. I also love how easy it is to schedule. You can book or cancel sessions right through the app, which makes it super convenient. I’ve found a great balance. Sometimes I need a challenging session, other times a high-energy trainer to get me through the workout😅 Lastly, I really appreciate how involved Paul is. He checks in regularly to see how we’re doing, offers helpful tips about nutrition and recovery, and genuinely cares about everyone’s progress. It’s been such an amazing experience — from the supportive trainers and welcoming community to the results I’m seeing both physically and personally. If you’ve ever felt intimidated about starting your fitness journey, this gym will change that!
