All the staff were very kind and informative. I really felt like I knew the features of the bed before I purchased. They are well trained sales people, but you don’t feel pressure or feel pushed to invest more than you plan. Meagan and Bill did a great job.

Do not finance through the sleep number Synchrony bank. I'm borderline ready to have them come pickup the bed. I have been over charged every month since buying the bed with claims of late fees, even after twice fixing the claimed late fees. My current charge is showing as double what I agreed to when I signed the papers for the bed. While the bed is amazing. The financing agency more than sucks.

Lou was very helpful in our experience purchasing a sleep number. He took us through the technology of the mattress and helped us figure out our sleep numbers. He gave us total transparency in pricing and helped us pick the mattress we would be happy with while also staying within our budget. He gave us time to try out multiple options and didn’t hover over us while my wife and I were discussing our options. Overall I would choose the midlothian sleep number store again as we were overall happy with our experience. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is they were deceptive about the timeline from purchase to receiving our new mattress. We feel as though they conveniently (for them) left out that our mattress wouldn’t arrive for another 5.5 weeks after purchasing until after our credit card was run. We were not happy being deceived and I would like for them to be more transparent and forward with that information for future consumers.
