My boyfriend and I were looking for a massage for our anniversary and i stumbled upon a Groupon for Matrix, I ended up purchasing the wrong Groupon. I went into the facility and they got the lovely owner on the phone and worked something out quickly! Jackie and Richard were absolutely amazing. They reset my boyfriend’s tense back and I had the most relaxing Swedish massage in the world. I appreciate them so very much and will definitely be coming back!! Thank you to everyone that helped us out!!

I visited this spa last week for my craniofacial massage with Claudia, she truly exceeded all my expectations. I want to sincerely thank her because she relieved all the pain I had in my head. I’m genuinely impressed with her work and her professionalism. On top of that, she is such a kind and sweet person, which made the whole experience even better.

I came in for the open house and got to see how amazing this Spa is, it's so clean, and they have sauna, steam room and cold plunge. The body sculpting demo with Claudia was amazing, the facial with Courtney was very relaxing and the pedicure with Carelis was on point. Will definitely be coming back, thank you Matrix!

I had the most amazing experience at Matrix Spa! I went in for a Ruby facial and left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The facial itself was so soothing and gentle, but still deeply hydrating and rejuvenating. I could truly feel the care they put into every step. Add to the care, every step and every product used was explained! which made me feeling safe and comfortable. Highly recommended!!
