I booked a massage at Massage Addict and was extremely disappointed with my experience. My appointment was with someone named Cheryl, and it was honestly one of the worst massages I’ve ever had. It felt like there was no real technique or training involved — just random rubbing with almost no pressure, even after I asked several times for her to increase it. I specifically requested attention to my neck, shoulders, and hips, but she only focused on my back and neck and seemed to forget what I came in for. I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be returning.

I got an appointment because I had a small pain in my lower back and after her massage, it became worse. Also, my wife had excessive foot muscle cramps which were treated by a doctor, chiropractic and physiotherapist last week and she got this appointment to make sure it is completely fixed. Now her problem is back as it was last week. Such an awful experience
