I had an excellent experience with Kate-Lyn during my massage today. From the beginning, she was very professional and made me feel comfortable and in good hands. The relaxing massage was just what I needed. She knew how to find and work on the tension points with precision. Her technique was gentle yet effective. The place was clean and well-presented, the massage room was clean, the music was relaxing, and the bed was very comfortable. I left feeling much lighter and deeply relieved, both physically and mentally. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

My experience was disappointing. I had clearly requested a female session, but a male was booked instead. I noticed the mistake before my appointment and contacted the team to have it corrected, but the response was dismissive, with the error blamed on a trainee and no real effort to resolve it. Unfortunately, I had to cancel out of frustration. I hope they improve their booking accuracy and customer communication going forward.

I booked a last minute massage today and selected “any provider”. For the time I wanted, I paired with Nick. By far, one of the best massages that I have ever had. Nicks pressure is 10/10. I typically never talk during a massage but felt comfortable with him and he was a great conversationalist. The next time I go, I am hoping to have Nick available. Amazing experience!

Rudest person on phone, they were looking for security code of my credit card despite providing credit card number and letting know that payment will be through Insurance. And cancelled appointment in a disrespectful way.
