On the 8th of October 2025, I had one of the worst experiences ever at Massage Addict Belleville, with a front desk staff member named Nicole. I had scheduled a massage for my wife and myself. On the day of the appointment, I called ahead to inform them that I would be about 20 minutes late due to an emergency doctor’s appointment for my baby that took longer than expected. When I arrived, exactly 20 minutes late, as advised, I was met with extreme rudeness from Nicole. She told me my appointment had been cancelled and that the full amount had already been charged to my credit card. I calmly explained that I had called beforehand and was still willing to proceed with a shorter session if possible, but she was dismissive and hostile. Shockingly, she threatened to throw me out and even called security. This experience was humiliating for me and my wife, and it caused our baby to cry uncontrollably from the tension. We received no service, were charged the full amount, and left feeling completely disrespected. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking here—especially if any unexpected situation arises. Compassion and professionalism should be the foundation of any business, but this location completely failed to show either.

Such a friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere. It is immediately relaxing! The massages are fantastic and catered exactly to what I need. I am both physically and mentally improved with each visit. Sincere appreciation! I love it!!! 🩷

Full disclosure, Im a man. I dont get massages. If Im in pain, I probably deserved it. Then if I ignore it long enough, it goes away...usually. While working someone must have heard me groan in an octave or two higher than usual, assumed something was wrong, and booked me an appointment here. I tried coming up with excuses as to why i cant go, but was finally convinced to go by being asked, "how can you complain about a place youve never been?" If there is ONE thing I love to do more than anything...other than procrastinating...and writing overly detailed reviews on google...it is complaining. So I went. Zethera drew the short straw and was assigned to put up with me for the duration of the visit. This is hard for me to say but...WOW! I may have found the fountain of youth because I feel 10 years younger. I can actual move without the feeling of being stabbed repeatedly. I felt so good I almost left my car there and ran home! There are 2 things I can guarantee you, 1 is that Im going back here and asking for Zethera again, and number 2 is Im going to try out for the Maple Leafs cause I feel that good!
