I had convinced myself—based on my MRI—that I was dealing with a herniated disc at L5 and S1. After seeing a couple of pain management doctors who were quick to suggest steroid injections without much explanation, I felt frustrated and uncertain. That all changed when I met Mike, the physical therapist. Mike took the time to really listen to me, understand my concerns, and carefully evaluate what was going on. He explained in detail how my body was functioning and helped me realize that my pain was actually coming from Sacroiliac Joint issues, not a disc problem. His ability to break down complex information and make it understandable is outstanding. Mike is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely committed to helping his patients heal. I am 100% confident in his expertise and highly recommend him for any physical therapy needs. He truly works to get you right—because that’s his mission. At the front desk, Myra sets the tone for the entire practice. She is one of the kindest, most personable people you’ll ever meet. She goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel welcomed and cared for, always ready to help with anything you need. Her warmth and dedication make every visit a positive experience. Mike’s assistants, Leah and Katie, are equally fantastic. They are personable, supportive, and bring great energy to the therapy sessions.
