Repeated Failure and Zero Accountability Martin Medical has now failed me twice by not submitting my Tricare Remote authorization. Both times I showed up to scheduled appointments, and both times I was turned away because they never processed the paperwork. That’s not a simple mistake — it’s clear negligence. Patients should not have to chase down a clinic to do the most basic part of their job. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail here is unacceptable. This isn’t just an inconvenience — it directly prevents people from getting the care they need. I will not waste my time with Martin Medical again. If you need a clinic that values its patients and can handle the simplest responsibilities, look elsewhere.

Shore was completely rude and his crazy haired nurse, fractured my hip and had to have a titanium rod n screws put in my thigh and hip and his nurse wouldn’t even help me on the scale to get my weight and was just a miserable person if you hate ur job that much go on and leave. But one of the most annoying unsatisfied nurses I have ever experienced. Now you want professional and qualified and down to earth nurses and staff who care and listen Susan Lowery at MMC is the best M.D. out there she listens, cares, and most of all she loves her job and cares I give her and her staff 100 stars for excellence n patient care, you won’t go wrong with her and the smiles and positivity they bring and give to there patients is like no other. Thank you Susan and staff for all the love and support over the years!!!!

The absolute best! From a-z. If you have problems here check the mirror. I have seen many of the providers from Dr Shore down. Only thing I wished is I could see Dr Shore more often due to his conversations being so delightful. Most accommodating staff I have ever experienced in my 53 years walking this earth!!! Thank you and I apologize for y’all having to put up with me but so glad you do!!!!!

What ?? I'm relatively very healthy, just has a minor concern and finally decided to seek medical advice. Called to make an appointment and provided all of my personal and insurance information, then was told the doctor had to say "yes" to see me. Yikes, never mind making this appointment. Office staff and physicians might remember that patients choose to hire them. What an experience making me feel not worthy and feeling like I have to ask a doctor if they agree to see me - especially when I call their office. So, I declined to continue and will seek a more personal and welcoming office. There are other choices.
