Dude answering the phone is a jerk. Just wanted to ask a few questions and have a little help on how to pay my sister's rent . But apparently I interrupted him or was an inconvenience to his day. Yes the guy wasn't rude and definitely had to write a 2 paragraph response for what he definitely didn't do.

Everything went great. Handoff cleanliness could have been a bit better at the property but otherwise staff is super friendly and kind. They attended to issues that arose right away and communicated with us throughout the whole transition.

I've been with Martin for at least 5 years now and I have nothing bad to say about them. They have always been very professional and quickly accommodate any maintenance request I've had. They even add upgrades to the house when needed, such as tearing out an old deteriorated deck and replacing it with a new concrete patio, as well as repairing/replacing the steps to both the front door and back door entrance. I do pay my rent on time every month, keep the house in order, don't violate the lease agreement, and always try to be friendly, which might have a lot to do with their reciprocal treatment (hint hint negative reviewers).
