Please forgive me for bothering you on a Sunday but I’m afraid if I wait til business hours, I’ll forget. Your man, Cody, was here yesterday morning, 08:00 sharp. Not only did he fix our issue with the heat pump(s) but went to great lengths to ensure we were properly and exceedingly well serviced and enjoying warmth and comfort this weekend. Cody was informative, communicated thoroughly and was very respectful of our time and our home. I cannot speak highly enough of how we have been treated by Martell Mechanical. We had a last minute plumbing job that needed to be done before we were able to continue with the rest of our home renovations. We contacted Martell Mechanical on a Friday afternoon and they had one of their techs, Josh, out by Monday morning. Josh was super efficient and did amazing quality work. He was finished by mid morning and the rest of our renovations carried on without a hitch. We were super pleased with the work Josh did and how professional he was. We will continue to use Martell Mechanical in the future!

Every time we have had Martell come to the house, they have been above and beyond. Very polite, and courteous. Definitely the ones to call. We've had plumbing done, and heat pumps cleaned. You have excellent staff!!
