Jack Astor’s Richmond Hill never disappoints. The upbeat vibe is perfect for catching up with friends, and service is always top-notch. Isabelle was a fantastic server, friendly and attentive. Kudos to Chef Harry and team! I had the Steak Frites a flavorful and perfectly cooked. My friends loved the Hunter's Chicken, Mac n Cheese, and Asian Wonton Nachos. Great food, great vibes, and consistently solid service. Highly recommended!

Always fun coming to Jacks! They take care of you so well. They are all decked up for the holiday season, ambience is perfect! Our server Ty gave us really good service. She went above and beyond to see how my vegetarian dietary needs could be accommodated and even asked the chef for reco. Chef Harry personally came out to check what my preferences were and suggested some fab dishes. I’m glad I went with his recommendation and got the thai curry bowl.

Had a great time at Jack’s! The food, service, and ambience were all on point. Our server, Isabelle, was very friendly and took excellent care of us throughout the meal. The Hunter’s Chicken was delicious and paired perfectly with the mashed potatoes and gravy. The sticky toffee pudding was the showstopper — definitely a must-try if you’re visiting. Overall, fantastic food and service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Vasili was amazing at his customer service skills. He made us feel welcome at this restaurant and cracked up a few jokes too. The food was amazing and the whole restaurant was loaded with decoration. All and all, he made sure that our money was well spent. Would 10/10 recommend this Jacks.
