The experience for my dental cleaning felt impersonal. The hygienist spoke very quietly, making it hard to communicate. Most of the time I had to guess what the hygienist was trying to say. As a non-Cantonese speaker, I understand the interaction may have felt different compared to what a Cantonese-speaking patient might experience. However, clearer communication and a more approachable manner would have made the visit more comfortable.
