Unlike our old office, where the door was always locked and we were told to “try calling instead,” and then he also shut the door on us, the team at Market Square actually greets you with a smile, speaks to you directly, and genuinely listens to your concerns. What really stood out was how they were able to get my mom in the same day for a serious dental issue. But even if they hadn’t been able to, they still acknowledged the concern and would’ve booked an appointment—because they have the staff and structure to properly support their patients. The atmosphere here is professional, organized, and friendly. It feels like they actually care. My mom has fully switched to Market Square Dental, and I have too. We’re so glad we made the change! If you’re looking for a dental office that values respect, communication, and quality care—this is the place.

I had my first visit there today. I am not afraid to go to the dentist but I’ve always found that previous hygienists and dentists were rough. I have to say that today’s appointment was phenomenal. The hygienist was very gentle and explained everything and Dr. Jason was very personable and gentle as well. I have never walked away from an appointment feeling as good as I did today. Koodos to this practice. I have already recommended them to one friend.
