Family PhoneThe dispatch picked up 2 of my cars and skipped the third one, he wasn't responding to my emails. Then he said he can't pick up because the warehouse is full. They should have given heads up before they picked up the first two cars. They start a job but they can't finish it. This cost me so much storage fee. Definitely bad service
MosabI have worked with them for about a year and half. Alla the owner has no people skills. She’s rude. I had my car 2022 MB S500 picked up from Baton Rouge to Houston by them and the car was driven over 1000 mil. There was stains on the seat and scratches under the car. I had to work with them because I had to. I just started my business. But now I’ve learned a lot in the logistics. I would never recommend them for my worst enemy.
