Normally the Pharmacist and staff behind the counter were very pleasant, friendly and helpful - especially when I had to transfer all my prescriptions to Mariano's Pharmacy - it was done real fast and accurate. This time around, I gotta tip my hats off to Serrenna - whom I noticed that's been holding the fort by herself for the past few days (I've picked up meds) with several customers waiting in line, while the phones were ringing off the hook - She kept her composure in the midst of all the chaos. If that was me, I'd probably end up with a mental breakdown. I hope Mariano's management takes a second look to assess and re-evaluate the issue of the pharmacy that's seemed as always understaffed, and probably or most likely underpaid as well. Otherwise customers like I will most likely switch to CVS or Walgreens.
