I've used these guys a dozen times over 15 yrs. They've always been helpful, don't talk much about the weather. nor anything else. They have always been courteous both over phone, and in person. i have even purchased a couple parts at one time (not knowing if $5 item, or $250 item will fix stove). I returned the $250 item after 5 bucks fixed stove, and they gratefully took $200 unused part back. These guys rock, and are open on Saturday. Will keep going back for business. I also have a weather radio to get alerts and updates on forecast.

Nice staff .. I special ordered a part for 220.00 including the core charge get ..tried to return part . Which they would not refund Richard said he could not refund due to part not being an inventory part.. he only refunded the 60.00 core FYI I've been doing business with this company since 1991 I've spent a lot of money in that time. they all know me. I've ialays tried to use this company first. .. if they can't help a long term customer. I'll have to use them as a last resort.

SO. Happy. with this place! Igniter died in our gas dryer - had it in stock. No ordering and waiting! Unfortunately, the coils were dead, which we didn't know until that same night. Saturday morning at 9am, not only were they open - part was in stock. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable guys. And the prices are very reasonable.
